1. Who we are

DigX operates DigX at digx.pro, a web service that monitors public X (Twitter) follow activity and presents alerts in a feed.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the service, process payments, and improve reliability.

• Account data: email address; sign-in identifiers from Google or X (OAuth); optional X username and display name; password hash if you use email/password (legacy flows).
• Service data: accounts you choose to watch, feed settings, muted/hidden sources, notification preferences, and follow-alert history linked to your account.
• Payment data: Solana deposit addresses assigned to your account, payment timestamps, and on-chain transaction references needed to verify access. We do not store private keys or seed phrases.
• Technical data: session cookies, an anonymous visitor identifier cookie, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referral source for analytics and security.
• Communications: messages you send via the contact form and transactional emails (login codes, receipts where applicable).
• Push notifications: if you opt in, a push subscription endpoint stored to deliver browser notifications.

3. Public X data

DigX processes publicly available information from X profiles and follow relationships. We do not access private/direct messages. Data originates from X’s public APIs or similar lawful sources and may include profile names, handles, avatars, and follow events.

4. How we use data

• Provide and maintain your feed, watchlists, and alerts.
• Authenticate you and secure your account.
• Verify SOL payments and grant access.
• Send service emails and optional push notifications.
• Measure aggregate usage, prevent abuse, and debug incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

• Contract: processing necessary to provide the service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests: security, analytics, and product improvement, balanced against your rights.
• Consent: push notifications and non-essential cookies where required.
• Legal obligation: when law requires retention or disclosure.

6. Sharing & processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate DigX, under appropriate safeguards:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g. Railway).
• Email delivery (e.g. Resend) for transactional messages.
• Google and X when you choose those sign-in methods (subject to their policies).
• Solana network: payment transactions are public on-chain; wallet addresses and amounts may be visible publicly.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the service.

7. Retention

We keep account and feed data while your account is active. After closure or prolonged inactivity, data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period unless law requires longer retention (e.g. payment records).

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Children

DigX is not directed at children under 16 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
